Welcome to the lunch signup for our DoubleTree Rotary Lunch. Please sign up [or un-signup] for the lunch by Monday, 3-4-24 3pm.

• If you are a member or guest, please use the corresponding BLUE boxes at left
• If you are attending but do not want a lunch, please use the bottom box that indicates that choice
• Email Andy Rochester if you have any issues signing up prior to the deadline.
• Payment:
  • Payment of $19 [cash] or $20 [credit card] will be accepted at the meeting
  • or you can pay now,
    • REGISTER FIRST
    • then scroll down past the confirmation and ADD GUESTS areas to the PAYMENT area
    • click the box to pay for your lunch. NOTE: payment is not required during registration, but saves time waiting to pay at the meeting  ✅
      
       
• You MUST signup to be served a lunch.
• Members/guests should arrive/pay beginning at 11:30; meeting starts at 11:45
• Rotary will be collecting the lunch fee at lunch. The hotel cannot accommodate walk-up meal service at this time.
• If you cannot attend, please cancel by the deadline listed above and use the unregister option.
  • People that signup and do not attend will still need to pay - because we have to pay for the ordered meal.
