Announcements
  • Jeff Ugoretz reported that the Club plans to return to in-person meetings at noon on September 9 at the [former] Radisson. Jan Harvey said she is working with the new management on the lunch; and the current plan is for box lunches with reservations and payments in advance. We're on a roll! Andy Rochester is setting up eCommerce so that in-person members can purchase their lunch in advance. Jeff said he would notify members by e-mail if there are any changes to the lunch arrangements. Dick Perry mentioned that some members [not attending our Zoom meetings] seem to be unaware of the in-person meetings and would like to encourage people to come. Jeff: please give these members a call and let them know. Dave Anderson suggested ground mail would be good. Andy Rochester will make arrangements to get a mail notice out on printed cards, with a message from Jeff to all Corning Rotarians.
