🌳🌳 January 4th Rotary-DoubleTree lunch

Welcome to the lunch signup for our DoubleTree Rotary Lunch. Please sign up [or un-signup] for the lunch by Monday, 1-1-24 3pm. Please email Andy Rochester if you have any issues signing up prior to the deadline.

If you plan on attending and do not want a lunch, please click that choice on the registration page - so that we can notify the hotel that we need a seat for you.

Payment of $19 [cash] or $20 [credit card] will be accepted at the meeting:

• You MUST signup to be served a lunch.
• Members/guests should arrive/pay beginning at 11:30; meeting starts at 11:45
• Rotary will be collecting the lunch fee at lunch. The hotel cannot accommodate walk-up meal service at this time.
• If you cannot attend, please cancel by the deadline listed above.
  • People that signup and do not attend will still need to pay - because we have to pay for the ordered meal.
