Welcome to the Volunteer Site for Crystal City OktoberfeAst 2025!!
It will be held at Nasser Plaza on October 11, 2025.
- There are also times for 10-10-15 setup and 10-12-25 takedown.
- It will be the major fundraiser for the club's projects in he community and region.
The event will consist of:

NOTE: to those that happily use apps on their smartphone -- we need several of our volunteers, in the ticketing and beer sales areas, to install the SwipeSimple APP. This is a free app that [with the account info we provide] allows you to charge credit cards that credit a Corning Rotary PAYA account with the sale. NO PERSONAL INFORMATION IS INVOLVED.
