There was a lot to do on Saturday at the Kate Danforth Gardens in South Corning. The stalwart crew of Rotarian volunteers did a general cleanup, bed repair, and also organized a compost site at the gardens. With the rain and sun we've been getting, the gardens are likely to have a very productive growing season. Thanks everyone!!

 

 

 

What's more fun that putting together a kit of instructions, reading material and parts to assemble  - that involves wings, wheels and more? Well - putting together 200 kits for the Science and Discovery Center of Corning. Under the leadership of the Center's staff, we assembled the STEM kits so that they are all ready to be used by the students. Thank you to all that came. It was fun assembling the kits and ... somewhat tempting to assemble the racer or flyer parts -- just to test them  😀.
