The materials for 200 kits were donated previously by Corning Rotary -- now the fun part, to assemble the kits! Although it only took 45 minutes to put all of the STEM packs together, it was a lot of fun and S&D C had everything quite organized for us. Four different types of activities made up four different packs. It was a great way to close the loop on this project. Financial support along with Community Service support - two things the Corning Rotary Club is great at! Thanks to Christine Stull, Coordinator of Educational Programs at the Science & Discovery Center for providing this opportunity and organizing the event. Volunteers from Rotary included: John Brown, Ted Goldwyn, Ross Perry, Gil Sweet, Stacy and Sofia Ward, Dale Wexell and Wendy Winnett.
