Are you a food vendor, food truck, maker of beer, cider, mead, braggot, or wine? Do you make items that are themed for autumn or Oktoberfest? Do you want to promote your products? If so, come be part of the Rotary Club of Corning’s inaugural Crystal City OktoberfeAst. We're anticipating +/- 1500 people and are licensed for 1900. When you register as a vendor, we'll be keeping you in the loop on our counts. AND - advertising your product line [using the graphics you provide].
This is an opportunity to acquaint people with your products and merchandise:
- Food trucks - we only have 9 spaces available and we're looking for variety! Please contact us right away to get one of those spots.
- Food vendors are encouraged to bring the Oktoberfest nature! We're looking for pretzels, nuts, donuts, lobster, sausages, cheese to pair with beer, festive foods! --- and we need sweets too. Non-alcoholic beverages, vegetables, sandwiches etc are welcome.
- Brewers/cider/mead/wine producers will be providing tastings and have the opportunity to sell their packaged goods & merchandise. Your purchases can be held at our exit area for your convenience; just pick them up when you leave.
But what about the beer on tap? -- a wide variety of 12oz pours will also be available through our Corning Rotary Club. We'll also have wine by the glass.
This event is exclusively for adults aged 21 and over, but we're extending a warm welcome to adult non-drinke
rs too! Attendees can join in on the fun as a designated driver or simply to enjoy the festivities at a reduced ticket price. Bring your non-alcoholic products too!
People that come to the event will have a chance to become familiar with your products.
